Sick Safety Controllers
There is yet even more choice with the Sick Flexi Loop, as it can connect to safety controllers to provide a suitable solution to different requirements for safety controllers, and SICKs range of safety controllers are simple to operate and are easily integrated with all safety control components. There are a few Sick Safety Controllers you can choose from depending on what is required …
The Flexi Soft
The software-programmable safety controller
The flexi-soft is one of Sicks’ best-selling safety controllers as it is modular, intuitive and can be easily configured using software. A customised solution can be created for your safety application using a range of min modules, expansion modules motion control modules and gateways. The Flexi Soft is particularly ideal for the protection of large machine systems by teaming up with the Flexi Loop for the protection of up to 32 switches and sensors.

The Flexi Classic
Efficient and easy-to-use safety controller
Ideal for simple control tasks, the Flexi Classic ensures that machines are efficiently stopped in the case of a danger or fault. The user can set and adjust the configuration without the use of software, and can connect to the Flexi Loop via the master nodes. The clever interpreting unit transmits relevant safety information from the cascade, and sends the corresponding safety signals back to the safety controller.
The Flexi Loop puts an end to unnecessary down time, and therefore higher costs for maintenance and repair by monitoring the entire safety cascade. The Flexi Loop provides detailed information on any faults and why they have occurred; by reducing idle times through information visualisation via man-machine interferences. DBI Control can supply and install the Flexi Loop and accompanying safety controllers depending on what you personally require for your machine, and in turn save your company money.
