Belt Conveyor System
Belt Conveyor System
DBI Control were approached by our client and asked if we would be able to design and install a control system to control a Lineshaft and Belt conveyor system, manufactured at our clients premises and then commissioned to a leading distribution centre with many branches within the UK, and integrated into an existing system. The system was over three separate floors with an existing Belt system linking the floors. The First floor also had an existing system with would be absorbed into the new control. The main control panel was located on the first floor adjacent to the conveyor system. This consisted of …

After the system was tested on our site at Deeside, we installed and commissioned at our customers premises to ensure the system worked with all the panels networked and powered up and functioned fully with the product. We supplied a comprehensive documentation pack and also gave technician training during the commissioning phase, so the handover would be as easy as possible for our customer.
