DBI Control use Techno Module – a patented modular assembly system from our Steelwork partner Elsteel.

This assembly method is used around the world by the panel building industry to build electrical switchboards and motor control centres up to 7100 Amps.

Form 4(2) to Form 4(7) construction Design teams use advanced computer aided design systems to produce full 3D models for production and assembly drawings therefore ensuring high levels of accuracy and build quality.

The Techno Module is Now Verified to BSEN 61439. Type Tests are used to independently verify that equipment can endure the most extreme operating conditions safely according to International Standards.

BSEN 61439 is the new Standard that rewrites the way these test are verified.

Through significant global investment, Elsteel have already achieved multiple certifications.

DBI use Techno Module as a base for our LV Switch boards, we can then add energy management systems in the form of energy meters & current transformers to display consumption on as many of the circuits as required.

We also install power factor capacitor banks into the Techno Module to give your switchgear a uniform appearance.

Power Factor Correction will give some excellent savings on your monthly utility bills, it will also reduce circuit currents which will allow additional loads to be fitted to an otherwise inefficient electrical systems.
