DBI Control offer a wide variety of different conveyor system options, and with our expert team of engineers on hand, it is certain that will be able to create the perfect conveyor system, tailored to suit every companies individual requirements. Just a few of the options we can provide are …
Used Conveyors: usually medium duty which are found in warehouses and manufacturing facilities which we keep in house at our Deeside, North Wales warehouse.
New Conveyors: giving our customers the option to have tailor made bespoke conveyors created using materials to suit all working environments, including Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium.
(The used and new equipment includes automated material handling systems such as Gravity Rollers, Belt Conveyors. Horizontal Conveyors, Inclined Conveyors, Power Bends, Pallet Conveyor Systems and Automatic Sorting Systems)
Sortation Conveyors: divert items from one conveyor line to another, and by using controls and multiple sortation conveyors, a product can be diverted to the appropriate conveyor. Sortation conveyors provide transport and routes for products, as well as an efficient and accurate way of organising and consolidating items to help order processing, packaging, storing, palletizing and shipping.
Order Picking: integrating a roller conveyor means that completed orders can then be conveyed through various picking zones, so one or more products can to a specific client or destination as a combined order with additional items. This reduces walking distances for machine operatives, avoids congestion for pickers, speeds up completed orders and provides accuracy of stock rotation and inventory.
Pallet Handling: for moving anything from single empty pallets to 1 ton loads, they are the most heavy duty of the conveyor series. They provide the transport link between production, warehouse, order picking and despatch. Forklift trucks are a thing of the past, as they can create capacity shortfalls and subject the pallets to damage. Pallet conveyors are available in various roller diameters, conveyor widths and roller pitches to suit the load requirements.
Buffer Storage: necessitates the ability for conveyors to accumulate products. It holds the product in place before it’s released to the next phase in a production process, or when a process needs to be stopped / diverted to receive a product from another line.
