Pfannenberg FLZ 530 Thermostats
Pfannenberg is a German manufacturer of a range of cooling products to control the temperature within enclosures. They provide energy efficient and innovative products; which DBI Control regularly uses inside panels to ensure-trouble free running.
Pfannenbergs filterfans come equipped with an (optional) thermostat, so ensure the machine only runs when it is necessary. It has been shown that they last 300% longer than standard filters between each filter change, and also reduces energy consumption due to the temperature control equipment only being in use when it’s needed.
The FLZ series of thermostats consists of three versions. They are available with N.C. / N.O. and changeover contacts. In combination with control cabinet heaters, they control temperature inside the control cabinet. In combination with filterfans, they provide additional savings on energy, materials and time and, hence, provide a better environmental balance.
All in all, this results in greater reliability of the production process, reduced energy consumption due to need-based use and an improvement in the efficiency of the controlled heaters and fans. They also are installed very easily using screw terminals and fast snap fastening on DIN rail.
