The Allen Bradley Powerflex 525 Inverter Drives are cost-effective and ideal for networked machines and simple system integration.
These inverters provide an innovative, modular design that supports fast and easy installation and configuration. In addition, they offer USB programming, application-specific configuration, and flexible mounting options.
The inverters support a wide range of motor control, offer a compact footprint, and operate at temperatures as high as 70°C.

- 3-phase input with EMC filter Modular design for quick installation and configuration
- Embedded EtherNet/IP port allows easy configuration, control, and collection of drive data over the network
- Software and tools to help simplify programming
- A HMI supporting multiple languages and features descriptive
- Economizer control mode and energy monitoring features can help reduce energy costs
- Closed loop feedback with an optional encoder card
- Features Safe Torque-Off which is certified at PLd/SIL2 cat 3, removing rotational power to the motor without removing power from the drive for faster start-up after a demand on the safety system
- More I/Os than the PowerFlex 523 series
- Drives operate in ambient temperatures from -20°C to 50°C (with current derating and a control module fan kit, up to 70°C)
- A range of motor control options support a variety of applications such as conveyors, fans, pumps and mixers
- A compact footprint provides flexible installation options and helps save space inside of a panel
