*Can be installed in the units if requested*
- Clogged filter alarm (CF)
With a pressure sensor on the hot side of the refrigerant circuit the chiller can give an indication of a malfunction of the condenser. This can occur when the airflow though the condenser is blocked by a clogged filter (dust and dirt in the filter). - Different RAL colours
Depending on the colour and surface most standard chillers can be specified in individual colours. Price on request depending on the number of units. - Differential thermostat (DT)
Optional mode of temperature control which takes into account ambient temperature for changes of target temperature. Important feature if the application has increased requirements regarding condensation and elongation effects – part of product feature “S”. - Electrical tank level (EL)
Automatic water level check inside the tank which protects the pump from damage caused by dry running – part of product feature “H”. - Flow switch with adjustable set point (FS)
Provides an alarm if volume flow is too low – part of product feature “H”. - High pressure pumps
Most chillers can be equipped with pumps according to demand of the cooling application. - Hot gas bypass (BPG)
Improves accuracy of temperature control without stressing the compressor by causing frequent on/off switching (operation >50 % of nominal power required) – part of product feature „P“ - Industrial connector plug
Is an option available for most chillers. Specification on demand. - Internal hydraulic bypass (BPH)
Protects pump by ensuring a minimum flow and protects also the application by limiting the system pressure – part of product feature “H”. - Plinth for palletising (100 mm)
If required EB chillers can be equipped with plinths instead of standard feet. - Remote control on/off unit (RCU)
Option for EB 2.0 allowing a remote activation or deactivation of the chiller. - Temperature alarm Tmin/Tmax
Detects an unexpected increase or drop in temperature of the cooling fluid – part of product feature „S“. - Water cooled condenser (WW)
Most EB chillers can be equipped with a water-cooled condenser for use with process water instead of an air-cooled condenser for use with ambient air.
